Job Description

As a key contributor to our organization, you will play a pivotal role in defining and delivering solutions that drive business value.

The job entails taking on a critical role where you will be responsible for defining and realizing fantastic solutions, processes, benefits, and new opportunities to deliver to stakeholders.

  • Support the analysis of complex cross-franchise and pan-group requirements.
  • Capture, validate, and document business and system requirements to ensure alignment with strategic principles.

You will also:

  • Create and maintain documentation, including supporting controls and quality assurance for key stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Identify and support cut-over and implementation tasks.
  • Trace and link business requirements to future state design.
  • Develop and execute test scenarios and scripts at various stages of the project to validate solution design.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing and support business users in executing UAT.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a highly analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize your work.

  • Hold an appropriate business analyst certification, such as BAX, CPRE, and CBAP.
  • Have experience applying business analysis tools and techniques.
  • Have a background in delivering business analysis in a technology or IT function.
  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills.
