Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in statutory compliances, transfer pricing, and tax audits.

The ideal candidate should possess sound knowledge of income tax laws, transfer pricing regulations, and international taxation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct legal research and prepare appeals, submissions, and documentation for cases before tax authorities.
  2. Assist seniors in representing cases before tax authorities.
  3. Provide consultancy on TDS applicability and withholding tax implications for domestic and international transactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in taxation, compliance, and audit.
  • Proficient in Income Tax Law, computation, tax audits, and transfer pricing.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and familiarity with SAP.
