Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain marketing automation solutions using SFMC.
  2. Create responsive email templates, landing pages, and SMS campaigns.
  3. Implement AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL for personalized customer journeys.
Journey Builder & Automation:
  1. Configure and optimize Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Email Studio.
  2. Develop customer segmentation strategies for targeted and personalized marketing.
  3. Implement and fine-tune triggered, transactional, and batch email campaigns.
Integration & Data Management:
  1. Design and manage Data Extensions (DEs), SQL queries, and Contact Builder to optimize data structure.
  2. Integrate SFMC with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and third-party applications using APIs, REST/SOAP, and ETL tools.
Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
  • Expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Content Builder.
