About this role:

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving cost-efficient, high-quality production for our women's ethnic wear brand.

You'll manage vendor partnerships, ensure timely delivery, maintain quality standards, and optimize sourcing operations – with a strong focus on vendor relationships and supply chain excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze production costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality or brand integrity.
  • Develop and manage sourcing budgets effectively, monitoring expenditures and ensuring adherence to financial targets.

You'll coordinate closely with vendors to ensure timely production, shipping, and delivery of garments while maintaining quality standards. Ensure 95% OTIF.

You'll analyze production costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality or brand integrity.

You'll develop and manage sourcing budgets effectively, monitoring expenditures and ensuring adherence to financial targets.

You'll work independently, multi-task, and stay positive.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience managing contract manufacturing vendors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
  • Vendor network in Jaipur (highly desirable).
  • Proven sourcing & procurement experience in apparel/fashion.
  • Strong negotiation & partnership-building skills.
  • Solid project management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of garment production, quality standards & supply chain.
  • Leadership skills with team & cross-functional management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Strong teamwork, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities.
