Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a technical expert to drive reliability, performance, and scalability of our applications.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement incident, change management, and problem management processes to ensure seamless application operations.
  • Design and develop reliable application suites that meet development and maintenance requirements.
  • Provide technical support in life cycle planning, integration, and systems programming to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Monitor platform performance and availability to meet enterprise objectives.
  • Implement automation of applications tasks to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide technical support for systems/platforms according to application SLAs.
  • Design and develop resiliency in application code, troubleshoot incidents, and participate in incident management.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or industry certification in an IT field, plus 3 years applicable experience.
  • Experience with ops automation using scripting languages such as Python or Ansible.
  • Knowledge of site reliability engineering, performance measurement, CI/CD pipeline, Kubernetes, and AWS.
  • Knowledge of software release management, application maintenance, software engineering, and agile development.
