The Cluster Manager Operations role is a pivotal position that oversees the efficient functioning of multiple centers within a designated cluster.
Key Responsibilities- Implement strategic programs, oversee center-level activities, and manage resources to achieve organizational objectives.
- Ensure seamless operation of centers, providing operational leadership and guidance to teams.
Oversee the coordination and execution of programs across the cluster, ensuring alignment with beneficiary needs and organizational goals.
- Develop and implement execution plans to adhere to project mandates and timelines.
- Monitor and improve program metrics to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Liaise with internal stakeholders for operational requirements, fostering strong relationships with community partners and external stakeholders.
- Cultivate effective working relationships with cross-functional internal teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to share operational feedback and insights.
Train and mentor center managers and support staff, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Enable optimal productivity levels among reporting teams.
- Establish performance metrics to assess center operations effectiveness.
Effectively manage budgetary resources, monitor resource allocation, and maintain comprehensive documentation of program activities and impact.
- Prepare regular reports on program outcomes, financial performance, and key metrics.
- Maintain compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
