Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager plays a critical role in leading and supervising a team of Relationship Managers to achieve sales targets for Tata AIA's life insurance products. The Sales Manager ensures effective team management, goal achievement, and alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue targets and ensure the team operates at full strength by hiring or replacing Relationship Managers as needed within the manpower budget.
  • Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement business plans to meet sales targets and enhance market presence.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and review Relationship Manager performance, addressing performance gaps and providing constructive feedback.
  • Submit required reports within specified timelines, providing accurate data on team performance and business metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably business, finance, or marketing).
  • Familiarity of local market, recruitment skills, and proven experience (6-7) in sales and team management, preferably in life insurance.
  • Understanding of life insurance products and market dynamics.
