Job Opportunity: Tech Co-Founder (AI/ML | Full Stack | GCP

We are building cutting-edge AI/ML-powered modules that redefine how brands accelerate demand and engage with markets.

This is a senior full-stack developer & architect role, ideal for someone with entrepreneurial aspirations who wants to grow into a Co-Founder role in an AI-first startup.

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end development of production-grade AI/ML products and modules, build and scale AI Agents, Agentic RAG frameworks, LangChain and LangGraph-based systems, and deploy applications in the Google Cloud Platform ecosystem.

Key responsibilities include delivering MVPs with scalable architecture, followed by rapid feature iterations, managing and mentoring a growing team of developers and interns, collaborating closely with founders, investors, and board members to align tech strategy with business goals, and actively contributing to fundraising discussions, investor demos, and GTM strategy.

Requirements include 3–8 years of strong coding and full-stack product development experience, proven track record of building and shipping production-grade products, expertise in AI/ML pipelines and productisation, Agentic AI systems, RAG architectures, LangChain, LangGraph, Vector DBs, and GCP services such as Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Vertex AI, etc., strong hands-on coding skills in Python, Node.js, or related stacks, prior experience in an early-stage startup or entrepreneurial initiative, based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate, and an entrepreneurial mindset with resilience, adaptability, and passion for building from scratch.
