The role of a Site Engineer-Office Interiors is to oversee site activities, maintain accurate records and enforce safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date site documentation.
  • Conduct preliminary site inspections to assess conditions and identify potential challenges.
  • Interpret architectural and engineering drawings, specifications and other technical documents.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports detailing site activities and progress updates.
  • Develop accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment and project expenses.
  • Implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with specified standards.
  • Review and authorize technical drawings and engineering plans to ensure regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
  • Evaluate project feasibility considering technical, financial and logistical factors.
  • Enforce safety protocols and regulations to promote a safe working environment.
  • Monitor project costs and variations tracking expenses and implementing corrective measures as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Site Engineer (5 years+) or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in interpreting drawings, preparing reports and developing cost estimates.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
