Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished data architect with a proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying scalable ETL solutions using Informatica IDMC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement complex data pipelines to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical specifications and translate them into efficient ETL workflows.
  • Develop, document, unit test, and maintain high-quality data transformations that support batch and incremental data processing.
  • Configure Secure Agents, runtime environments, and connection parameters.
  • Design robust data transformation logic, including cleansing, enrichment, joins, lookups, aggregations.
  • Handle hierarchical and semi-structured data. Use parameterized mappings and reusable components.
  • Build Taskflows with conditional logic, error handling, branching, and scheduling mechanisms.
  • Optimize mapping performance through pushdown optimization, partitioning, and data minimization techniques.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior developers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration issues promptly.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of IT experience in data integration roles.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica products.
  • 2+ years specifically working with Informatica IDMC/CDI.
  • Experience leading large projects and mentoring junior developers.
  • Proficiency with Secure Agents, runtime configuration, parameterization, and environment management.
  • Strong experience integrating external applications via batch, APIs, and message queues.
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
