Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Infrastructure Architect to join our team at SecPod. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced security solutions to protect our organization's information systems and data.

SecPod is a SaaS-based cybersecurity products and technology company dedicated to providing innovative solutions for enterprises and MSPs worldwide. Our mission is to make cyber hygiene a simple daily routine that safeguards IT infrastructure from emerging attacks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of advanced security solutions, including firewalls, SIEMs, endpoint protection, identity and access management (IAM), encryption technologies, and more.
  • Architect and deploy secure, scalable security infrastructures across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
  • Develop and lead the integration of security controls into the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring that security is built into every stage of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and identify weaknesses in the network, infrastructure, and applications.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in security implementation, information security, and/or IT security, with at least 3 years in senior technical role.
  • Extensive experience with implementing security solutions (firewalls, SIEMs, IDS/IPS, IAM, endpoint security) and configuring them in complex environments.
  • Proven expertise in Shift-Left Security practices, integrating security early into the SDLC and working with development and DevOps teams.
  • Strong experience in vulnerability management, secure coding, penetration testing, and threat modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), securing cloud-native applications, and managing security in hybrid environments.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash) for integrating security tools into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum
