This role encompasses the responsibilities of overseeing the implementation, management and evaluation of large-scale transformation initiatives within our organization.

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to drive these projects forward. This is an opportunity to work on complex programs, leveraging expertise in compliance, system integration, change management and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transformation Management: Lead the planning, execution, monitoring and control of large-scale transformations across various business functions.
  • Compliance Expertise: Apply knowledge of Compliance and associated matters to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and business leaders to achieve project objectives.
  • Technical Skills: Utilize tools like Clarity, Microsoft Office, Confluence and ADO to streamline project delivery.

A background in core platform implementation, system integration, change management and emerging financial crime risk typologies will be advantageous. Furthermore, experience working with SCB's change delivery standards and governance requirements is highly valued.

Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum [X] years of experience in Project Management, preferably within the field of Compliance and Financial Crime.
  • Certifications: Hold a recognized Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, verbal and written communication skills, and stakeholder management skills.
