About the Role

We're seeking a talented individual with excellent communication skills and experience in handling customer inquiries. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and effective solutions to our clients' issues, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling incoming calls and resolving customer queries efficiently
  • Managing tickets, raising and updating tickets as necessary
  • Contacting the relevant engineering team to resolve complex technical issues
  • Responding to emails and providing clear, concise solutions
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize your workload effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office products and strong email handling skills
  • A customer-focused attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Fluency in spoken and written English language
