Real Estate Management Consultant Role

About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced SAP REFX consultant with strong expertise in real estate management to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on implementation, configuration, and support experience, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage SAP REFX implementations, rollouts, and support projects.
  • Configure SAP REFX modules, including contract management, property management, lease management, and related financial integration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and propose effective solutions.
  • Provide expertise in integrating REFX with FI/CO and other SAP modules.
  • Support data migration, system testing, and user training activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional/technical issues in REFX.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards for lease management and reporting.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in SAP with strong specialization in REFX (Flexible Real Estate Management).
  • Hands-on experience in full lifecycle implementation and support projects.
  • In-depth understanding of real estate processes: leasing, sub-leasing, rental agreements, and contract management.
  • Strong knowledge of integration with FI/CO and impact on accounting entries.
  • Experience in handling IFRS 16 / Lease Accounting compliance in SAP.
  • Ability to work independently and manage client expectations.
Good to Have:
  • Exposure to S/4HANA REFX implementations.
  • Knowledge of SAP REFX integration with SAP PS, PM, or MM.
  • Experience with SAP Fiori applications related to REFX
