We are seeking a Senior Generative AI Engineer with expertise in AI-driven technologies to lead our team through pioneering projects and technological advancements. This role involves designing and implementing complex Generative AI solutions, mentoring junior talent, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve challenging business problems through innovative technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the full lifecycle of Generative AI solution development, from design to support.
  • Experiment with and adopt new technologies to stay at the forefront of tech trends.
  • Mentor engineering peers, fostering an environment of growth and best practices.
  • Translate complex requirements into technical designs, developing innovative POCs.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation and optimal performance of AI solutions.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with other programming languages.
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and deep learning frameworks.
  • Experience in designing and deploying scalable, high-performance cloud solutions for AI.
