Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our organization as a Quality Assurance Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our kitchen operations meet the highest standards of food safety and quality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, with experience in managing teams and driving compliance with regulatory requirements. You will be expected to develop and implement effective quality control processes, conduct regular audits, and provide training to kitchen staff on best practices.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide training and guidance to kitchen staff on quality and safety procedures
  • Analyze data to understand regional performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Food Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 3-8 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the food industry
  • Strong knowledge of FSSAI regulations and quality standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
