The role of a senior creative designer entails delivering high-quality, captivating artwork across both digital and print formats. Collaboration with the product marketing team is essential to brainstorm and independently produce creative work quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creative Collaboration: Work directly with the product marketing team to conceive and execute innovative ideas, resulting in consistently high-quality results and adapting to tight deadlines.
  • Execution: Be hands-on and responsible for producing creative work from concept through final output, ensuring timely completion according to established timelines and securing all necessary approvals for deliverables.
  • Concept Development: Independently plan and develop creative concepts by analyzing industry competitors, addressing marketing goals and challenges effectively.
  • Project Management: Take complete ownership of assigned projects, ensuring quality standards and partner guidelines are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Fine Art preferred.
  • 5+ years of seasoned creative experience in an agency or startup setting.
  • Proficient in online and print design tools such as Canva, Figma, and InVideo.
  • Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Experience with integrating AI into daily design work is highly desirable.
