Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing invoices, providing resolutions for the invoices, releasing invoices for payment, and resolving vendor queries.

Responsibilities
  • Review and process invoices along with providing resolutions for the invoices and releasing the invoices for payment.
  • Resolve all vendor queries and requests coming via emails or tickets within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Review and validate basic essentials of valid invoices like supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice number, invoice date etc.
  • Maintain a tracker of exceptions and ensure invoices/queries are handled based on the exception tracker.
  • Independently perform transactional tasks which support the compliance, planning, and execution of assigned processes.
  • Maintain exception logs for process-related exceptions as and when they occur for knowledge retention.
Requirements
  • Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) with a strong English language skills (verbal and written).
  • Freshers are eligible.
  • Relevant experience of working in Accounts Payable process.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels within the organization.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office (especially in Excel).
  • Preferably knowledgeable in Concur.
