As a pioneering Chief Technology Officer, you will be responsible for spearheading the technical strategy and execution of our products. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in conceptualizing and driving product development from a technical standpoint while also being hands-on contributor.

Main Responsibilities
  • You will take end-to-end ownership of our technology stack, encompassing strategy, architecture, team building, and day-to-day operations, all while balancing the need for speed to market, scalability, and product differentiation.
  • Lead the development and delivery of the technical roadmap, strategically prioritizing key objectives and mitigating risks.
  • Establish and manage high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence through guidance, mentorship, and continuous improvement.
  • You will oversee the entire front-end and back-end operations of our products, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Act as a visionary leader, driving product development from a conceptual standpoint while also contributing to code-level implementation.
Key Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in a leading product-based startup or a strong inclination to work with a startup environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in both coding and managing Ecommerce and Digital Media Products.
  • Able to conceptualize and lead product development, leveraging a range of technologies including PHP, Symfony, MySQL, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, GIT, AngularJS, and AWS.
  • Strong team management skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing engineering teams.
  • Bachelor's or MS degree in Computer Science or related field from a reputable institution.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
  • Strong research skills, with the ability to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends.
