Placement Manager Career Services

We are seeking a visionary Placement Manager to lead our career services function and drive strategic industry engagement.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Translate relationships into quantifiable business outcomes, increase share of wallet, and develop new relationships with clients.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to build strong, multi-faceted relationships with leading organizations and industry leaders.
  • Proactively create and manage a portfolio of corporate engagement opportunities, including securing distinguished guest speakers, sourcing live projects, and establishing robust mentorship programs.
  • Lead all aspects of the career services function, guiding students through their career development journey and managing the end-to-end placement process to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for corporate partners, ensuring a seamless and valuable relationship with the organization.
  • Cultivate a vibrant ecosystem of corporate partners that aligns with the mission and provides a competitive advantage for students and programs.

Responsibilities Overview:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive industry engagement and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Ability to think strategically and translate industry trends into actionable initiatives.
  • Strong network of senior-level contacts across various industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell to CXOs.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented individual.

Education: Postgraduate/MBA or related degree

Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years' experience in Business development, sales, or relevant role
