Physical Design Expert

**Job Summary:**
- This role is responsible for conceptualizing, documenting, and designing tools, flows, and methodologies (TFM) for physical design implementation of IPs, SoCs, and interactions between them.
- Physical Design Methodologies: Establish regression flows, improve RTL to GDS flows, and create methodologies for optimizing physical design constraints, including power, performance, area, and timing.
- Innovation and Development: Develop new physical design techniques through innovative scripts, checkers, flows, and CAD-based automation to simplify and expedite the design process.
- Collaboration and Partnerships: Partner with physical design, circuits, CAD, RTL, tool/flow owners, and third-party vendor teams to continuously improve physical design methodologies and efficiencies.

Requirements:
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of physical design principles, methodologies, and tools; ability to analyze retrospective data and identify areas for improvement; excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in physical design, preferably with a focus on methodology development and implementation.
