We are seeking a meticulous Financial Clerk to support our organization in maintaining accurate financial records.
Job Responsibilities:
- Record Keeping: Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and updated in our systems.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Data Entry: Use accounting software to efficiently enter financial data.
- Bookkeeping Duties: Perform various bookkeeping tasks, such as reconciliations and journal entries, as needed.
- Finance Support: Assist with finance-related tasks, including budgeting and forecasting.
Requirements:
- Tally and Excel Skills: Strong skills in Tally and Excel are essential for this role.
- Social Media Proficiency: Proficiency with social media platforms is beneficial.
- Finance Experience: Experience in Finance and Bookkeeping is required.
- Communication Skills: Good communication skills and ability to work in a team are necessary.
- Accounting Qualifications: Relevant experience or education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
