Visual Effects Compositing Specialist

The successful candidate will possess hands-on experience in compositing for films, OTT, commercials or similar projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creation of high-quality, photorealistic composites using Nuke (or equivalent software).
• Combination of live-action, CG elements, matte paintings and other assets into seamless final shots.
• Closely work with the VFX supervisor, leads and production team to ensure shots meet the creative vision.
• Maintain consistent quality while meeting project deadlines.
• Troubleshoot and solve technical challenges during compositing.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of proven compositing experience in a studio environment.
• Strong proficiency in Nuke (knowledge of other compositing software is a plus).
• Good understanding of color, light, perspective and integration.
• Ability to take feedback constructively and implement changes quickly.
• Strong eye for detail, problem-solving skills and teamwork.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with rotoscoping, paint or prep work.
• Basic knowledge of 3D compositing and multi-pass integration.
• Passion for storytelling and visual aesthetics.
