Calibration Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Calibration Specialist to lead our training programs focused on the calibration and qualification of critical instruments. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with expertise in delivering hands-on training sessions on calibration techniques, documentation practices, and compliance standards across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on the calibration of laboratory and process instruments, including temperature, pressure, flow meters, balances, HPLC/GC systems.
  • Guide best practices for preventive maintenance to ensure instrument reliability and performance.
  • Train participants on the proper use and handling of reference standards during calibration activities.
  • Ensure understanding and application of regulatory requirements for calibration and maintenance records, including cGMP and ISO 17025.
  • Design modules on corrective action planning, deviation handling, and troubleshooting in calibration processes.
  • Conduct hands-on workshops, simulations, and assessments for real-world application.
  • Customize training programs to meet industry-specific requirements in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and automotive sectors.
  • Keep training content updated with the latest standards, guidelines, and calibration technologies.

Required Skills and Expertise:

  • Strong knowledge of calibration techniques and procedures.
  • Experience with reference standards and traceability.
  • Proficiency in documentation practices and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication, training, and mentoring skills.
