Job Title: Asset Disposal Manager

  • Independently oversee the entire lifecycle of asset disposal, from conducting online and offline auctions to handing over property documents to successful bidders.
  • Responsible for legal, operational, and documentation aspects of asset disposal. Ensure transparent, fair, and compliant disposal practices in accordance with SARFAESI Act and industry standards.
  • Identify prospective buyers for repossessed properties and follow up with final bidders to ensure full sale proceeds are received.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts to promote repossessed properties through partnerships with nearby vendors or individual buyers to achieve timely disposals.
  • Collaborate with litigation teams and field teams to seek local support for efficient asset disposal.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in asset disposal recovery at a national level.
  • Prior experience in SME/LAP disposal is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SARFAESI Act, e-auctions, and related property laws is essential.
