Main Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with engineering and project teams to forecast technical resource needs.
  • Create and maintain structured resource plans aligned with project timelines and deliverables.
  • Analyze technical skill sets, identify capability gaps, and support talent-to-project mapping.
  • Partner with project managers to evaluate resource implications on scope and delivery.
  • Prepare resource utilization reports and insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute to predictive forecasting models to anticipate future demands.
  • Support the onboarding of technical team members into ongoing projects.
  • Continuously refine resource management processes for efficiency and scalability.
  • Track project progress and proactively flag potential resource-related risks.
