Job Overview

We are seeking a Cloud Security Expert to contribute to our mission of harnessing technology for healthcare innovation.

  • This role involves designing and implementing robust cloud security controls and configurations, leveraging expertise in AWS/Azure infrastructure management.

As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with partners to deliver secure and compliant cloud solutions. Your technical skills will be instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of security and data protection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive security protocols for cloud-based infrastructure, adhering to industry best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud environments that meet strict security standards.
  • Implement logging and monitoring solutions using AWS Cloud Trail to ensure real-time visibility into user and resource activity.
  • Manage IAM policies to enforce least privilege access, regularly reviewing and auditing permissions to ensure adherence to security best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in product design and support working with client enterprise products and services.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, software as a service, and product and platform configurations.
  • Proficient in relational databases, event subscription-based communication, and software development skills between modules.
  • Ability to anticipate problems, resolve ambiguous issues, and take decisive action.

Other Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience with deploying and managing cloud solutions in AWS/Azure.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security principles, best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in designing and supporting cloud environments, including IaaS and PaaS.
  • Configure and manage AWS Security Hub to centrally manage security and compliance checks across AWS accounts.
  • Utilize AWS Macie to automatically discover, classify, and protect sensitive data stored in AWS.
  • Configure AWS Cloud Trail to enable logging and monitoring of API activity in AWS.
