Corporate Governance Specialist

Legal Governance Associates play a vital role in supporting Dell Technologies' legal teams with administrative, reporting and program management expertise.
From commercial contracts to cybersecurity, these professionals ensure that the organization runs smoothly by providing guidance on governance best practices, reviewing legal data and offering policy advice across the company.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in multinational corporations, overseeing entity management for a large portfolio of international subsidiaries. They should be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, as well as entity management databases.
A strong team player, this individual will be comfortable communicating and meeting with executives, and will possess excellent interpersonal skills. Additionally, they will be able to maintain accurate records, prepare board materials, and provide support on corporate governance matters.
