Drive Revenue Growth as a Performance Marketing Manager

You will play a key role in elevating our marketing efforts, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional results. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel paid campaigns to achieve aggressive ROI targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive campaign strategies to drive conversions, improve engagement, and enhance data hygiene.
  • A/B Testing and Audience Segmentation: Conduct thorough A/B testing and audience segmentation to optimize CPL, CAC, and lead-to-SQL conversion rates.
  • Messaging Refining and Sales Alignment: Collaborate with Product Marketing to refine messaging that highlights differentiators in the DAP space and partner with Sales to align MQL and SQL definitions and hand-off processes.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance, report against ROI and attribution accuracy targets, and translate product impact metrics into compelling campaign narratives and conversion-driven assets.
