Key Roles and Responsibilities

The role of Provisioning Lead serves as the single point of contact for all mobile provisioning-related requests.

  1. Provisioning Requests
  • Manage end-to-end provisioning workflows in line with SLAs and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate network teams, IT, Central CE, and partners to ensure timely and error-free provisioning.
Inventory/SIM Card Management
  • Allocate, activate, and manage SIM cards, including Non-Rec deletions and analysis.
Issue Resolution and Documentation
  • Analyze and resolve provisioning failures, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Document provisioning processes, SOPs, and exception handling procedures.
Reporting and Performance Monitoring
  • Conduct reporting on provisioning performance, failure analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to provisioning operations.
Training and Compliance
  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams and external partners on provisioning processes and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements related to subscriber activation and deactivation.
Additional Responsibilities

Drive system and process enhancements to support the Digital First journey. Engage with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, IT, Operations, Network, and CE. Manage internal and external audits for Broadband journeys. Ensure seamless execution of system integrations and migrations. Identify and address bottlenecks in existing systems through solution-based approaches. Perform close looping of issues by conducting business UATs and tracking impact post-fix implementation. Collaborate with the Product team to fix issues structurally and eliminate defects.
