Senior Contract Administrator

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Contract Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, validating and processing contract documentation using standardized templates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops effective relationships with stakeholders across the organization
  • Crafts and reviews contractual documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to mitigate corporate risk and ensure policy compliance
  • Liaises with Sales, Finance, Legal and other groups to ensure smooth contracting processes
  • Manages complex transactions, setting direction and ensuring successful execution of the contracting process

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Email, MS Word and Excel
  • Able to work effectively under time-critical deadlines
  • Demonstrates resilience in times of change and uncertainty
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of standardized policies and procedures is desired
