Quality Assurance Manager Job Description

Our organization is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee quality assurance activities, lead a team of employees, and enhance shop-floor discipline for cable manufacturing.

  • Lead the Quality Assurance Department by guiding a team of employees to manage day-to-day activities.
  • Reduce Scrap & Improve quality and reduction in Failure through Root Cause Analysis.
  • Manage Customer Complaint Cell & conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify solutions.
  • Improve Shop-floor discipline for Cable Manufacturing and reduce cost of poor quality.
  • Conduct Shop-floor training to improve employee skills and reduce failure.
  • Prepare and submit PPAP documents, including PSW, control plan, FMEA, Flow Chart, etc.
  • Communicate with marketing teams to ensure effective product promotion.
  • Attend Customer visits and audits related to system standards like IATF & ISO.
  • Provide Technical guidance to field Staff & Workers.
  • Oversee Third Party Laboratory Testing services.
