Content Strategy Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Strategy Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing content strategies across various social media platforms, tailored to service-based audiences. They will conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit engaging content (video-first) that resonates with each platform's unique tone and style.

  • Develop and execute end-to-end content calendars for each channel, ensuring a cohesive brand message.
  • Build and scale creator and influencer ecosystems to amplify brand messaging and reach new audiences.
  • Craft compelling messaging for key moments, such as product launches, brand announcements, and customer features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize content for reach, retention, saves, shares, and conversions by analyzing performance data regularly.
  • Stay ahead of social trends, algorithm shifts, and platform features to innovate and adapt content strategies quickly.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a content creator, social strategist, or hybrid role.
  • Solid understanding of content formats that work for service-based brands.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute brand stories visually and tonally.
  • Proven success in building social media growth from scratch or scale.
  • Strong understanding of algorithms, trends, and platform-native behaviors.
  • Experience collaborating with creators, influencers, or user-generated content producers.
