The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our immigration processes to ensure seamless and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze and optimize immigration processes to improve efficiency and productivity
• Develop and maintain clear and concise process documentation, including SOPs, user guides, and training materials
• Collect and analyze data related to process performance, identify trends, and generate reports to track progress and measure the impact of process improvements
• Intermediate expertise in Excel required (Vlookups, Xlookups, Formula creation, pivot tables, & conditional formatting specifically)
• Workday and Salesforce experience preferred
• Perform regular audits to ensure organization compliance
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to support process automation and efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement new systems and processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* 2-6 years of experience in immigration process analysis or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of immigration laws and regulations
• Experience with Workday and Salesforce is preferred
• Basic knowledge of immigration programs is desired

Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum (based on location and industry standards)

The estimated salary range is based on national averages in India for similar roles. The actual salary may vary based on individual qualifications, experience, and other factors.
