Job Overview

Our organization is seeking a seasoned technical expert to join our team as a Technical Integration Specialist. This individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of applications, fostering collaboration with application owners, and providing clear explanations of the integration process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding new applications into our systems
  • Collaborating with application owners to understand their systems and provide guidance on integration requirements
  • Gathering information relevant to the entire IAM process within each application
  • Coordinating and validating custom development required by the app team to perform the integration
  • Working closely with internal engineers to design and implement integrations in accordance with governance best practices and application requirements
  • Providing assistance and coordination during UAT (User Acceptance Testing) processes
  • Maintaining accurate status reports for all onboarded applications
  • Managing multiple applications simultaneously

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 7-9 years of experience working in IGA development teams as an engineer or analyst
  • Ability to configure source and target applications for attributes
  • Experience in developing custom workflows for LCM/JLM Provisioning
  • Proficiency in administering, implementing, and supporting SailPoint-based Identity and Access Management solutions
  • Expertise in RBAC analysis and implementation
  • Ability to launch certification campaigns and ensure timely completion of remediation processes
  • Experience with forms, Identity Triggers, quick links, Rules, Email templates, and report creation
  • Knowledge of Life Cycle Management concepts, including Joiner, Leaver, and Manager Transfer events
  • Experience with onboarding various applications, including JDBC, Delimited File, Logical, Active Directory, and LDAP applications
