We are seeking a seasoned Solar Project Manager to oversee end-to-end execution of large-scale solar power projects from initiation to commissioning.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in managing MW-scale solar projects, with a strong knowledge of electrical systems, project execution methodologies, and renewable energy regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute detailed project plans aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for large-scale solar projects.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Establish KPIs and monitoring mechanisms to track project progress.

Our ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing stakeholders, cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors to deliver projects successfully.

The Project Manager – Solar will be responsible for supervising testing, commissioning, and performance trials, ensuring proper documentation, certifications, and statutory approvals.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Energy or equivalent.
  • 12+ years of experience in managing large-scale Solar EPC / Utility / C&I projects.
  • Proven track record of handling MW-scale solar projects.
