Seeking a Structural Design Engineer to lead our team in creating innovative and sustainable structures.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Structural Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing structural systems for various projects. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and quality of our structures.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and design structural systems for buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure projects.
  • Develop and implement structural models using software such as ETABS, SAFE, and SAP.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that structural designs meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Evaluate and recommend materials, equipment, and construction methods to optimize structural performance.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and identify potential issues.
  • Prepare technical reports, presentations, and proposals to communicate complex structural concepts to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in structural design and analysis.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality structural designs on time and within budget.
  • Expertise in software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP, Autodesk Revit, and AutoCAD.
  • Familiarity with international building codes and standards.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering from a reputable institution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in the Gulf region or with international codes.
  • Knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper, and Python programming languages.
