Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our New Delhi team as an Assistant Reservations Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for assisting with reservations management, providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries, and converting bookings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing reservations and ensuring timely communication with guests and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Train new staff members on reservation procedures, policies, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet revenue targets, develop strategies to increase bookings, and promote our properties effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases to ensure efficient operation of our systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (desirable).
  • Proven experience in reservations and sales, with a strong understanding of hotel operations.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using reservation systems, office software, and other relevant tools.
