As a seasoned procurement professional, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by optimizing our supply chain. Your expertise will be essential in evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing procurement processes to ensure seamless delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement Process Management:
    • Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for indirect categories such as IT, office supplies, consulting services, facilities, HR, and marketing.
    • Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery, quality, and service excellence.
  • Sourcing Strategies:
    • Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to deliver cost savings and value.
    • Lead RFPs, RFQs, and supplier selection processes to identify and engage with high-performing suppliers.
  • Contract Negotiation:
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:">

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience in procurement and contract management is essential, along with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Relevant certifications, such as CPM or SCMP, are highly valued.
