Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist to manage and maintain various transactions under the Hire to Retire process on different Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP and WorkDay.

  • Manage data entry for multiple transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing.
  • Audit self-work to ensure high-quality results and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for timely and accurate delivery of tasks.
  • Handle basic queries and respond promptly to emails regarding payroll inputs.
  • Adhere to set goals and objectives, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills when working with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exhibit customer orientation by providing exceptional service and support to clients.
  • Initiate inquiries and utilize relevant written data and information to provide accurate responses.
  • Support peers by reviewing work to ensure zero errors and continuous quality improvement.
  • Engage in professional development to enhance skills and stay current in the profession.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and client management skills to build effective relationships.
  • Respond to requests and communications in a timely and thorough manner, meeting external deadlines.
