Job Title: Technical Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our iPaaS solutions.

About the Job Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in product management, ideally with 5+ years of experience and domain knowledge in commerce, retail, and/or hospitality tech.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage our client's integration and migration platform, serving as the primary liaison between clients and our engineering teams.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our product offerings, architecture, and market to effectively guide project direction and strategy.
  • Implement and enhance Agile and sprint practices within the team.
  • Play a pivotal role in an exciting R&D project focused on developing a no-code solution for app integrations in a B2B and B2C marketplace model.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for key client stakeholders in the US and Canada, effectively communicating product plans and addressing client feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with multiple teams, including development, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, sales, and customer success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager and lead, preferably in B2B enterprise SaaS.
  • Familiarity with integration tools such as Zapier, Workato, etc., is highly beneficial.
  • Technical background or a strong understanding of software development and architecture is preferred.
  • Metric-driven. Must have a track record of demonstrable experiences in analyzing and understanding data/usage trends and productizing these as insights.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Mix panel, grafana, or similar analytical tools is a big plus.
  • Excellent communication and management skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
  • Strong documentation skills, with experience in creating detailed and clear PRDs.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies and a track record of running successful sprints.
