Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering and optimizing the company's Salesforce instance in an enterprise environment. This includes configuring Lightning, setting up Flows, validation rules, approval processes, reports/dashboards, managing security, data stewardship, sandbox strategy, release/change management, and maintaining integrations with upstream/downstream systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and optimize Salesforce (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, Lightning)
  • Configure Flows, validation rules, approval processes, reports/dashboards
  • Manage security (profiles, permission sets, roles, OWDs, sharing rules)
  • Data stewardship: imports/exports, deduplication, Data Loader, backups
  • Sandbox strategy, release/change management (Change Sets/DevOps Center)
  • Maintain integrations with upstream/downstream systems
Requirements

The following skills and qualifications are required:

Essential Requirements
  • 5–8+ years as a Salesforce Administrator in enterprise environments
  • Expert in Lightning configuration and Flow (no-code/low-code automation)
  • Strong data model design, object/field governance, and security model
  • Reporting/analytics proficiency and user training/support experience
  • Working knowledge of SOQL and DevOps practices for Salesforce

  • Experience with CPQ, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
  • Exposure to MuleSoft/other iPaaS; basic Apex understanding for coordination
  • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) required; Advanced Admin (ADM-211) preferred
