Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer and AI Innovator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and deploying machine learning algorithms, evaluating accuracy and functionality, and translating application requirements into machine learning problem statements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing, refining, and validating machine learning algorithms for products and applications.
- Taking action on existing specifications of designs and developing data pipelines consisting of data ingest, data validation, data cleaning, and data monitoring.
- Training machine learning models, validating their accuracy once trained, and deploying validated machine learning models into production.
The selected candidate will also be responsible for researching, writing, and editing documentation and technical requirements, including evaluation plans, confluence pages, white papers, presentations, test results, technical manuals, formal recommendations, and reports.
Additionally, they will contribute to the company by creating patents, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), and other intellectual property.
The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's Degree in a related field. They should possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to collaborate with teams outside of their immediate work group, and provide guidance and leadership to more junior engineers.
