Data Migration Specialist

Job Title: Data Migration Specialist

We are seeking skilled data migration specialists with expertise in migrating data from various sources to a cloud-based data warehousing platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ETL tools, data quality management, and data security.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement efficient data migration pipelines using Python and related tools.
  • Migrate data from legacy connectors to Snowflake/Nexla, ensuring minimal data loss and optimal performance.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality ETL scripts to ensure data consistency and accuracy across pipelines.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot data migration issues to ensure seamless integration of data into the target environment.
Key Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of experience in data engineering or ETL development, with a strong focus on data migration.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake, including data ingestion, transformation, and optimization.
  • Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation, as well as familiarity with PySpark and DBT.
  • Strong understanding of data quality management principles and best practices for data security.

Please note that this is a highly technical role requiring strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
