Job Title: Senior Data Analyst

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team and work closely with global finance teams to understand their complex reporting processes.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • You will be responsible for providing delivery advice on how to improve existing processes, designing and implementing new models, and engaging with technical teams to decide optimal solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Functional ownership of Finance Data Layer and serving as the primary point of contact for the Data Analytics team.
  • Leading data exploration workshops and creating Business Blueprints/rules that capture manual processes and automate them.
  • Guiding system setup teams and technical teams, while fostering strong alliances with diverse stakeholders from different geographies.
  • Providing solutions to business partner requirements beyond standard templates and deciding client data transition and testing strategies.
  • Collaborating with global finance teams on data exploration and validation, delivering new models, and working with technical teams to decide optimal solutions.

Requirements:

  • Must have knowledge of SQL.
  • Strong listening and communication skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively with teams spread across geography and take ownership under pressure.
  • Understanding of tools and technology.
