Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement promotional and communication strategies for the General segment.
  • Develop a marketing and promotional mix to meet brand objectives and customer needs.
  • Analyze market, sales potential, and expenses.
  • Work in the field to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and formulate new strategies.
  • Monitor and motivate field staff.
  • Monitor business performance and external environment via appropriate tools.
  • Explore and identify potential market segments and new frontiers.
  • Accurately manage budgets for the brand.
  • Act as a brand champion to create enthusiasm and focus internally and with external customers and agencies.
  • Develop customers-oriented campaigns and special activities.
  • Train salesforce for implementation of promotional strategy, USPs, etc.
  • Get quotations, compare, finalize specifications, place orders, and follow up for delivery of promotional items including gifts.
  • Understand basic requirements of artworks for packing material.
  • Support and build a team to achieve team goals.
  • Manage external agencies to meet team goals.
  • Interact with sales colleagues and customers directly through customer visits.
  • Develop key customer relationships (CRM activities).
  • Liaise with production and supply chain department to ensure availability of stocks as per billing plans.
