Job Overview

This senior role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of end-to-end research projects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will be a key liaison between clients and research teams, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to identify business needs and develop actionable research plans.
  • Lead project teams in designing and executing research studies, including data analysis and insights generation.
  • Develop and mentor junior researchers to enhance their skills and contribute to the team's growth.
  • Review and validate research designs to guarantee accuracy and quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's/MBA degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-7 years of experience in quantitative market research.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and write clear, structured reports.
  • Leadership skills to coach and motivate junior researchers, ensuring project success.
  • Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a solutions-focused mindset.
