Urgent Communication Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Communication Manager to join our team.

  • Internal Communications: Develop and execute an internal communications strategy that aligns with our company's goals.
  • Exhibitions and Events: Plan and deliver events such as exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and job fairs to promote our corporate values and stance.
  • Branding, Advertising, and Content: Work closely with our marketing team on advertising and content creation, preparing local storytelling and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Media and Social Media: Manage editorial content around our company, providing assistance to our communications team for press events and social media posts.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to promote our engineering success stories within the organization.
  • Facilitate internal communications, nurturing employee engagement and enhancing strategic positioning of the Centre within the Group.
  • Plan and deliver events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote our corporate values and stance.
  • Work closely with our marketing team on advertising and content creation, preparing local storytelling and ensuring timely delivery.
Requirements:
  • Previous in-house communication experience within a multinational company and/or an Agency (6-9 years).
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proficient in MS tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and graphic/video editing tools.
  • Fluent in English (written/verbal), French a plus.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable, quality-oriented, creative, and innovative.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders collaboratively.
