We're seeking a seasoned UX Designer to spearhead innovative design solutions. With 4-6 years of professional experience in UX design, you'll drive user-centered approaches that meet business and user needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply design thinking methodologies to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs aligned with business and user requirements.
  • Foster collaborative workshops with stakeholders to understand needs, ideate solutions, and validate outcomes.
  • Present design concepts and decisions confidently to senior leaders and stakeholders, supported by clear rationale and user insights.
  • Contribute to established design systems for consistency and scalability across products.
  • Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and research activities to gather insights and validate design solutions.
  • Utilize tools like Figma, Miro, and prototyping platforms to effectively communicate design ideas and deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices to continually improve design quality and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4-6 years of professional experience in UX design (enterprise, product, or digital solutions).
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Figma, Miro, and prototyping techniques.
  • Design Knowledge: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, processes, and usability standards.
  • Research Expertise: Proven experience in conducting user interviews, usability testing, and synthesizing findings into actionable design recommendations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent facilitation, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
  • Collaboration: Strong ability to work in cross-functional, agile environments.
