Key Responsibilities:
As a Software Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure. Your key tasks will include engaging in proactive outreach activities such as cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to identify and generate new sales opportunities. You will also be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals for our IT Help Desk Services. Additionally, you will collaborate with our technical team to deliver tailored client solutions, prepare business proposals, presentations, and contracts, and maintain CRM for accurate tracking of sales stages and client interactions.

Qualifications and Skills:
To succeed in this role, you will need at least 3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales for IT Services in the US B2B SMB market. You should have excellent communication and time management skills, outstanding spoken and written English, and a proven track record in sales of IT services. You should also be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
